All sales are considered final and nonrefundable once an order is submitted on the Services. However, we may, in our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, issue a refund. If a Buyer is unsatisfied with a purchase, they must first contact the Seller from whom they purchased the Resource and request a refund. Sellers, in turn, will inform us of your request. If a Seller is unresponsive to a Buyer’s refund request, we reserve the right to deduct from a Seller’s Payout, an amount equal to or less than the Buyer’s requested refund to complete the payment.
