What is The DMP’s refund policy?

Anything sold on The DMP is digital, so you should receive your product(s) instantaneously, unless it is a custom order. If you are not satisfied with your download, please contact the seller to try and resolve the issue. If you are having problems with the seller themselves or do not hear back from them, please contact us directly at help@thedigitalmp.com and we will handle the situation/refund based on the information provided to us.

What fees are there when buying on DMP?

You will be responsible for the amount of the item(s) you are purchasing, any taxes based on the state of the seller/buyer that may apply, and a $0.99 service fee per transaction.

When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order instantaneously, unless it is a custom order. If your order is a custom order, you should receive it based on the Sellers Description provided to you by the Seller.

Where can I find my purchases?

You can find your purchases, by clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner of the page, Click on Dashboard, then you will find the option “My Purchases” on the left hand side.

How and when do I get paid?

Once funds are requested, Vendors will be paid on a monthly basis on the 15th of each month, or the next business day if the 15th happens to land on a weekend/holiday.

How do I sell on The DMP?

Once you create a digital product, the rest is easy!
Step 1 – Would be to open a Storefront with us by registering as a Vendor.
Step 2 – Use our bulk upload feature to upload any of your digital products you would like to sell.
Step 3 – Start selling!

What type of membership accounts does The DMP offer?

*Currently, the DMP offers two memberships.
The first membership is a Free membership. There is no fee for this membership and you will receive 65% of Market Payout Rate on all sales.
The second Membership is a Premium membership. The fee for this membership is $79.99/yr, in which you will receive 90% of Marketplace Payout Rate on all sales.

How can I cancel my subscription?

*You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings. You can always reopen your account in the future by signing up with us again.

What fees are there when selling on The DMP?

Different fees are applied depending on which type of membership you signed up under. Currently, The DMP offers two memberships.

Basic Membership.
Free membership.
Market Payout Rate = 65% on all sales.

Premium Membership.
$79.99/yr.
Marketplace Payout Rate = 90% on all sales

How do I change my information on my store?

You can change your Store information by simply logging in, clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner and clicking on Dashboard. You will then have multiple options on the left hand side of the screen to edit your store information.

How to change account information?

You can change your account information by clicking on your username on the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Dashboard. You will then have options to change multiple account information/settings to choose from on the left hand side of the screen.

Taxes?

*First, and foremost, It is always a good idea to check your state regulations on taxes and how you should file and/or get help from a tax attorney.

If you sell $20,000 or more through your store on The Digital Market Place, you should receive the IRS tax form, 1099-K, from us via the email attached to your account. If you sold less, you do not need to fill this form out.
